In order to further strengthen Rheinmetall’s position in the Nordic region, Rheinmetall Norway AS is renamed to
Rheinmetall Nordic AS. The company is responsible to coordinate Rheinmetall’s business interests in the Nordic
countries. Rheinmetall Nordic AS will continue under the same leadership as of the former Rheinmetall Norway AS.
As part of the reorganization, the former Nordic Hub is also integrated into Rheinmetall Nordic AS.
The changes took effect on 1 January 2024.
